Pink Ice Cream

I had another play with my Spellbinder nestabilities again this weekend. I absolutely love using them.
For this very quick card I stamped and embossed the ice cream cone and then coloured it with my Tombows. The ice cream cone is an Artful stamper image and the wording is from Sunshine Designs. The cardstock is from the Bazzill Bling range and the printed paper is from K & Co.

Turning Two

With a few new additions to my extended family over the past couple of years, I find myself in need of cards suitable for young children. I purchased a couple of dinosaur stamps from Stamp It awhile ago so decided it was time to give them some use.
I stamped and embossed the images and coloured them with Tombows. I added some glossy accents to the spots on both images. I assembled the card using the TECC54 sketch I used on a previous card.

Bundle of Joy

This is a card I made yesterday afternoon. I bought the oval Spell Binder Dies last week and have been keen to give them a try. After a bit of experimenting I finally managed to use them with my Sizzix. I had planned on using my Big Shot, but when I went to use it I found the handle was missing. I had to take the handle off to pack it when we moved last year, and well I guess I put it somewhere safe. Nevermind, I'm sure it will turn up somewhere...
The stamp used is one I've had for years. Not sure who made it as the company name has worn off. The image was stamped and embossed and then coloured with Tombows. The paper came from a Hot Off The Press pack I've had for ages. Embellishments used were ribbon, spiral clip, metal word plate, brads, flowers and diamantes.

Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge #54

I participated in another cupcake challenge over at Taylored Expressions this weekend. The card that I created is quick and simple. The stamp is an image off of a cube from Sunshine Designs and is one of my favourites.
I had actually stamped and coloured the image some time ago, and as it was still sitting on my desk, I decided to make use of it.
The ribbon is from Bo Bunny and was actually brown with white dots. This didn't work for me so I used a pink Tombow to colour in the dots. To finish the card I attached a brad charm that I've had for ages. I think these came from the Happy Hammer about four years ago.

Valentine's Card

Well after a 2 week break from crafting, I'm finally back at it. With back to school finally here I had a few other things I had to get caught up on before I could get too carried away with my crafting.
After a quick clean up of my craft area I managed to make this card this afternoon.
There is no stamping at all on this card which is quite unusual for me.
I have decided that this year I will make use of all those must have tools that I have and rarely use. So for this card I used my Sizzix as well as my Cricut. The square and circles have been cut using the Cricut Mini Monograms cartridge. The hearts have been cut using an original Sizzix die - double hearts. The paper is Cute Hearts and Postmarks from Scribble Scrabble
